PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Mr. Saint Fleur is deep-rooted in the healthcare community where he initially focused his expertise in healthcare compliance relating to Limited English Proficient individuals and deaf patients. Since May 2009 Mr. Saint Fleur currently leads the Department of Patient Experience and the Department of Multi-Cultural Affairs and International Services at Howard University Hospital. His Duties included the oversight of Key Performance Indicator and Quality Management, Processes and Policies for regulatory compliance, Budgeting and Revenue Cycle, Patient Experience improvement, etc. Experienced in Conflict Negotiation and Cultural Sensitivity, he is very well-versed in contract review processes. In 2014, he co-founded Prestige Renewable Energy Solutions, LLC and its international subsidiary located in Pétion-Ville, Haiti. An avid reader and passionate healthcare leader, he is also involved in Emergency Management and is a hospital designated Duty Officer for DC Healthcare Coalition.
